Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "nestar" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at nestar.bet, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to nestar and its operating entity.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the nestar platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on nestar.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's nestar account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required for certain account actions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory body in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the primary currency used on nestar.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nestar. By completing the registration process and creating an Account, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any amendments published by nestar from time to time.
• You have also read and agree to the nestar Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
• All information you provide to nestar during registration and KYC is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Your continued use of the nestar platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.

Eligibility

To register and use nestar, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulatory guidelines applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of nestar does not violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by nestar or any PAGCOR-affiliated exclusion program.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of nestar or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Account Registration

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on nestar. The following rules apply to Account registration and management:

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited. nestar reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• You must notify nestar immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• nestar is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
• nestar reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that it reasonably suspects has been registered using false information or is being used for fraudulent purposes.

KYC & Identity Verification

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines, nestar is required to verify the identity of its players. The following KYC rules apply:

• nestar may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (passport, PhilSys ID, driver's license, UMID, SSS, or PRC ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and proof of ownership of payment methods used.
• Withdrawal requests above a threshold determined by nestar from time to time will require successful completion of KYC before processing.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by nestar may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
• All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed and stored in accordance with nestar's Privacy Policy.
• nestar reserves the right to reject any document it deems to be fraudulent, altered, or insufficient to establish identity, and to close the associated Account accordingly.

Deposits

The following terms apply to all deposits made into your nestar Account:

• Deposits may be made using the supported payment methods available on the platform at any given time, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.
• All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the deposit page within your Account. These limits are subject to change by nestar at any time.
• nestar does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits from accounts not matching the player's verified identity may be returned.
• nestar does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposits are credited to your nestar Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method.

Withdrawals

The following terms govern withdrawal requests from your nestar Account:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the nestar Account holder. nestar does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply, as displayed on the withdrawal page within your Account.
• nestar targets GCash withdrawal processing for verified accounts within five (5) minutes of approval, though actual transfer times may be affected by the payment provider's systems. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• nestar reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests. We reserve the right to delay any withdrawal that triggers our anti-fraud or anti-money laundering controls pending investigation.
• Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money Balance that has been derived from cleared wagers may be withdrawn.
• nestar is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues outside our control.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback awards, and loyalty rewards offered by nestar are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account subject to Wagering Requirements. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Wagering Requirement for any bonus is the bonus amount multiplied by the stated rollover figure.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that have not met Wagering Requirements within the validity period will be forfeited.
• Only wagers placed on games eligible for bonus wagering contribute to Wagering Requirements. Eligible games and their contribution rates are detailed in the specific promotion terms.
• nestar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting software errors, placing low-risk wagers to clear Wagering Requirements, using multiple accounts, or colluding with other players to claim bonuses — is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• nestar reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings that have been awarded in error.

Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and betting activities on the nestar platform:

• Game-specific rules are available within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable game rules.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer processes, depending on the game type. nestar does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the outcome may be voided and the wager refunded at nestar's discretion.
• Bets placed after a game round has closed — whether due to a technical error or otherwise — will be voided.
• For live sports betting, all wagers are subject to the rules of the specific sport and the market rules as displayed on the platform. nestar reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by data feed errors.
• nestar reserves the right to void any wager where it has reasonable grounds to believe the wager was placed using insider information, in collusion with other players, or in a manner intended to exploit pricing errors.

Responsible Gaming

nestar is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. By using nestar, you acknowledge the following:

• Gambling involves financial risk and can become addictive. nestar strongly encourages you to play within your financial means and to treat gaming as a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. A self-excluded player is prohibited from creating new accounts on nestar to circumvent the exclusion. Any such accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nestar platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any associated Balance:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cheating.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activities, or using nestar for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or pricing errors in any game or market.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nestar staff, other players, or live dealers.
• Attempting to access nestar from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Circumventing self-exclusion or account closure measures by registering a new Account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the nestar platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the nestar brand name — is the exclusive property of nestar or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the nestar platform without prior written permission from nestar.
• Your use of the nestar platform does not grant you any ownership or licence rights in any nestar intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to nestar may be used by us freely and without compensation to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• nestar provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform.
• nestar shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming session, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• nestar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nestar Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• nestar is not responsible for third-party services, including payment providers, game software suppliers, or telecommunications networks, that form part of your gaming experience.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Privacy

nestar collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using nestar, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes.
• nestar does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

Termination & Account Closure

Either you or nestar may terminate your Account at any time, subject to the following:

• Voluntary closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting nestar support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course.
• Closure by nestar: nestar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or regulatory requirement. Where closure is due to a breach, associated balances may be withheld pending investigation.
• Upon Account closure, any Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited. Real-money Balance, where applicable, will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
• nestar will retain records of your Account activity for the period required by applicable Philippine laws and regulations, even after Account closure.

Amendments to These Terms

nestar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the nestar platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or your use of the nestar platform, shall first be submitted to nestar's customer support team for informal resolution.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
• Nothing in this clause prevents nestar from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
